The Bulls outrebounded the Grizzlies 55-40 last night and they held them to 31% shooting from the floor which explains the final score.  Carlos Boozer (17 points, 11 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot) and Ronnie Brewer (17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals) led the way for the Bulls in this game.  Derrick Rose (16 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots) and Luol Deng (11 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots) also pitched in for the Bulls.  The Bulls are now are now 4-1 on the year.

Chicago Bears 114, Los Angeles Clippers 101

The Bulls shot 50% from the floor and they also outrebounded the Clippers 45-31 in this game, which are big reasons for the nice road win.  Derrick Rose led the way for the Bulls last night with 29 points, 8 rebounds, 16 assists and 1 steal.  Luol Deng (19 points, 8 rebound and 2 assists) and Joakim Noah (19 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) also had solid games for the Bulls last night.  Richard Hamilton (16 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists) and Carlos Boozer (10 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist) also pitched in for the Bulls in this game.  The Bulls are now 3-1 on the year.

The Bulls shot 53.8% last night against the Kings and that carried them to a nice road win.  Derrick Rose led a pretty balanced attack for the Bulls with 19 points, 1 rebounds and 8 assists.  Carlos Boozer (16 points, 15 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) and Richard Hamilton (16 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals) also had solid games for the Bulls last night.  Luol Deng (12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists) and Ronnie Brewer (21 points, 1 rebound and 1 steal in 12 minutes on the floor also pitched in for the Bulls in this game.  The Bulls are now 2-1 on the year.

Golden State Warriors 99, Chicago Bulls 91

The Bulls looked tired last night as the Warriors were up 78-61 after the first three quarters.  That being said, the Bulls still outrebounded the Warriors 47-36 in this game.  Luol Deng led the way for the Bulls in this game with 22 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot.  Derrick Rose only shot 4 of 17 from the floor last night as he finished up with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists.  C.J. Watson (13 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal), Kyle Korver (11 points in 17 minutes) and Richard Hamilton (10 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists in 24 minutes on the floor) also pitched in for the Bulls last night.  The Bulls are now 1-1 on the year.

Chicago Bulls 88, Los Angeles Lakers 87

The Bulls worked some magic last in this game last night.  With the Lakers up 87-86, Luol Deng stole the ball from Kobe Bryant with 20 seconds left in the game.  That set up Derrick Rose with a runner that he connected on with 4 seconds left, to steal a win away from the Lakers.  Derrick Rose led the way for the Bulls in this game with 22 points, 1 rebound, 5 assists and 1 blocked shot.  Luol Deng filled up the stat sheet in this game with 21 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Carlos Boozer also had a decent game, finishing up with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.  The Bulls are now 1-0 on the season.

Game #5: Miami Heat 83, Chicago Bulls 80

The Bulls only shot 35.8% from the floor and they were outscored 18-3 in the last few minutes of the game last night and it did them in.  Derrick Rose only shot 9 of 29 from the floor as he finished up with 25 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.  Luol Deng only shot 6 of 17 from the floor as he finished with 18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal.  Ronnie Brewer pitched in with 10 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot in 27 minutes on the floor.  The Bulls’ 2010-11 season ended with a thud but they really don’t have anything to be disappointed about as they had a good year and they also have a very bright future.

Game #4: Miami Heat 101, Chicago Bulls 93 in O.T.

The Bulls blew it big time last night as they were outscored by a combined 38-25 in the 4th quarter and overtime, and it cost them this game.  Derrick Rose only shot 8 of 27 from the floor and he had 7 turnovers, but he still led the way for the Bulls with 23 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals.  Carlos Boozer (20 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal) and Luol Deng (20 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocked shots) also had really solid games for the Bulls last night.  Joakim Noah pitched in with 6 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot last night.  The Bulls are now down 3-1 to the Heat.

Game #3: Miami Heat 96, Chicago Bulls 85

The Bulls outrebounded the Heat 41-32 last night but it just didn’t matter in the end.  That’s because the Bulls didn’t play too well on D as the Heat shot 50.7% from the floor and it doomed them last night.  The Bulls were right in this game until the middle of the fourth quarter in which the Heat outscored the Bulls 28-20 (in the quarter) to pull away.  Carlos Boozer led the way for the Bulls last night with 26 points, 17 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocked shots.  Derrick Rose (20 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal) and Luol Deng (14 points, 8 rebounds and 1 steal) also had decent games for the Bulls last night.  Taj Gibson pitched in with 11 points and 3 rebounds in his 12 minutes off the bench.  The Bulls are now down 2-1 in this series.

Game #2: Miami Heat 85, Chicago Bulls 75

The Bulls only shot 34.1% from the floor last night and they only scored 29 points in the second half…and it’s impossible to win that way.  Derrick Rose had an off night as he only shot 7 of 23 from the floor as he finished up with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 1 steal.  Luol Deng also came back to earth last night for the Bulls as they finished up with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists.  Joakim Noah pitched in with 9 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.  The Bulls are now tied at 1 win apiece with the Heat as this series shifts to Miami.

Game #1: Chicago Bulls 103, Miami Heat 82

The Bulls outrebounded the Heat 45-33 and they outscored them 55-34 in the second half to blow them out last night!  Derrick Rose led the way for the Bulls last night with 28 points, 1 rebound and 6 assists.  Luol Deng clearly outplayed LeBron James last night as he had 21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Deng also shot 4 of 6 from three point range last night.  Carlos Boozer (14 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal) and Joakim Noah (9 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots) last night helped the Bulls control the paint.  The Bulls are now up 1-0 in this series.
