Tyrus Thomas had one of his best games of the season to lead the way for the Bulls with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocked shots. Larry Hughes pitched in with 13 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists in only 22 minutes in his debut with the Bulls. Hughes was having a rough time shooting the basketball as he only hit 37.7% of his shots from the floor this season. Drew Gooden was having a solid season for the Cavs this year. Gooden has now played in 441 games (354 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 28.4 minutes, 12.0 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. Shannon Brown was the Cavs first round pick last season but he hasn’t played well yet in his career. Brown has now played in 38 games (9 starts) in his NBA career and he is averaging 11.1 minutes, 4.7 points, 1.0 rebound and 0.7 assists per game. Ben Wallace was having a bad season for the Bulls. Adrian Griffin played in 22 games (2 starts) for the Bulls this season and he averaged 10.1 minutes, 2.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game.

This should wind up a good one for the Bulls if Hughes and Gooden produce and it’s likely that they will.

Kirk Hinrich pitched in with 15 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists off the bench. Thabo Sefolosha scored 12 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished out 4 assists. The Bulls are now 20-31 on the season.

Chris Duhon had probably the best game of his NBA career as he led the Bulls with 34 points, 2 rebounds, 9 assists and 3 steals. Joe Smith also was outstanding with 27 points and 8 rebounds.
