Bulls hold off pesky Heat

The Heat kept coming at the Bulls all night long, even after Dwyane Wade left the game injured. Ben Gordon had an awesome game for the Bulls with 40 points and 5 assists. Andres Nocioni had a decent game on offense with 16 points. Kirk Hinrich had an awful shooting night (6 of 17) and wound up with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Tyrus Thomas added 10 points off the bench. Luol Deng only shot 2 of 10 from the floor and wound up with 8 points and 11 rebounds. Ben Wallace was a busy guy with 9 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocked shots.

The Bulls improved to 17-12 on the season with this win.

Bulls nipped by Timberwolves 100-98

The Bulls were outrebounded 49-35 and the Wolves hit 50.7% of their shots from the floor, so it’s kind of amazing that the Bulls kept this game as close as they did last night. Ben Gordon led the Bulls with 27 points. Kirk Hinrich had a solid game with 19 points and 6 assists. Andres Nocioni (18 points, 8 rebounds) and Luol Deng (16 points, 8 rebounds) added some muscle for the Bulls.

The Bulls dropped to 16-12 on the season with this loss.

Bulls thump the Bobcats 115-76

The Bulls totally destroyed the Bobcats in this game. The Bulls shot an amazing 52.4% from the floor as a team and held the Bobcats to 35.6% shooting from the floor. Ben Gordon led the way for the Bulls with 23 points. Andres Nocioni had a great game with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Rookie Thabo Sefolosha had a great game off the bench with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Fellow rookie Tyrus Thomas had a good game too with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Ben Wallace had a solid game as usual with 11 points, 3 steals and 5 blocked shots. Luol Deng wound up with 10 points.

The Bulls improved to 16-11 on the season with this win.

Bulls outhustled in 103-92 loss to the Knicks

The Bulls simply didn’t want this game as much as the Knicks did as the Bulls were outrebounded 57-36 in this game! Ben Gordon led the way for the Bulls with 27 points. Luol Deng had a solid game with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Andres Nocioni scored 14 points and snatched 5 rebounds. Ben Wallace was surrounded in the paint by the Knicks and wound up with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

The Bulls fell to 15-11 on the season with this loss.

Bulls get big win over Lakers 94-89

The Bulls were hot last night from the floor as they get 50% of their shots and they also played great defense against Kobe Bryant who only shot 6 of 19 from the floor.

Luol Deng had another great game as he scored 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Ben Gordon had a big night off the bench with 22 points. Chris Duhon did a good job of running the offense with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Michael Sweetney played well off the bench and contributed 11 points and 4 rebounds. Ben Wallace had another stat sheet stuffer with 4 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocked shots.

The Bulls improved to 15-10 on the season with this win. They are started to look like the team everyone projected them to be.
